Marble Master Bathroom - Poughkeepsie, NY

In need of an update and repair in their master bath, the clients wanted to create a spacious and clean space that, despite its modest square footage, functioned like a large room. Taking advantage of a hallway between the master closet and the bathroom, Daniel Contelmo Architects joined the two rooms, adding a double vanity, a larger shower, and a built-in make-up area. To create the illusion of grandeur, a 10-foot vaulted ceiling was installed over the vanity. Several hidden drawers were added to maximize storage without creating a crowded feeling.
