As part of a larger, new home construction project, the clients were looking for a classic, simple kitchen design on a budget. The team at Daniel Contelmo Architects used simple detailing abound—the moldings and panels are simple, with straight edges. The kitchen opens up to the adjacent great room, creating one large open living space. The vaulted ceilings overhead work to make the space feel larger and inject a bit of grandeur to the home.
